PLACING STATION FOR WASHERS ON PIPES
This station is designed to complete a transfer machine already done. It introduced a washer onto the hydraulic pipes which are made up by the existing machine.
The station has very small dimensions because it is added in a hydraulic pipe handling machine. The station is in charge of adding the washer on all the pipes and verifying the correct placement at 100%.
The station contains a vibrator feeding the washers, a clamp which place them to which puts a clamp and a optical fiber barrier verifying the correct placement on tubes at 100%.
